Tax advisory services
We offer all our clients the service model developed in large corporations. In addition to bookkeeping and payroll services, we provide consultations with a tax advisor.
The practice of the profession and the provision of services are regulated by the Tax Consultancy Act of 5 July 1996. Advice and opinions on tax optimisation are provided in this respect, as well as representation in tax proceedings before the tax, customs and revenue authorities and the administrative court. The offer also includes obtaining reliefs, exemptions, filing complaints and appeals, representing the taxpayer to the full extent also before the enforcement authority and applying for individual interpretations of tax law on behalf of the taxpayer.
For larger companies, we provide MDR and DCT documentation as required.
‘BFCorp’ cloud
We have our own professional server room with high-speed, fibre-optic internet access (24/7 service and data backup). We provide document processing (meeting DPA requirements) in our cloud. We use OCR technology, as well as additional applications provided online, e.g. for invoicing, cashiering, etc.
We are continuously developing the possibility for both employees and our clients to use remote access. Using modern IT applications, we integrate our system with the IT system currently used by the customer.
Our IT tools, which are made available to our clients, allow them to run even a large company without building their own technical base and becoming dependent on a single physical location. Thanks to many years of cooperation with a number of IT companies, we have access to innovative methods that help to easily and effectively establish communication between us and the customer’s company.
Archiving
The typical bookkeeping contract does not provide for the retention of the client’s documents after the end of the accounting period. To meet expectations, we maintain a professional archive during the service. This has all the required security features. We store files in the form of paper documents or digitise them onto electronic media.
